Does your name start with M?

Most of the pieces I make are custom designs in some way or another. I do however have pieces made ready for purchase. Often those ready made pieces lead to the creation of a custom design.

I first created this Gothic font ring about 3 years ago and added it to the shop. Since then I have made several others using different initials, precious metals and gemstones in the halo.

Below are the details of this ring that sold recently after finding a home with Michelle.

• treated Black Diamond halo

• .22 carats total diamond weight

Scrolls and bigger scrolls

The above pendant was sold last week and features a 3.5mm square cut pink sapphire. The pendant is 2.4 cm in length.

• 3.5mm square cut

• 9ct white gold

• 2.4cm in length

The pendant design was spotted by one of my customers in the shop section and he used it to set a gemstone of his own. His gemstone however was round and a massive 11.3mm in diameter.

Below is a photo of the two pendants scaled to size next to each other showing what happens when you apply the same design to a vastly different gem size. Scale is everything.
