This customer did not want the hassle of rhodium plating white gold. After comparing the natural colours of white gold alloys he was happy with the naked colour of my 9ct palladium white gold alloy. A sanded finish was applied to the white gold. In this case the rose gold the lower purity of 9ct allowed us to achieve a rose gold colour that he liked.
In this customers situation the use of lower purity alloys (less pure yellow gold) gave him a naturally white and rose colour ring that he liked and reduced the cost of the ring.
