There are a lot of things that you can change with materials during design but you cnnot change how wide a finger is. This diamond pretty much takes up all of the small finger it is worn on.
In the photo below you can see that I plated the inside of the ring white so as to stop the yellow gold throwing colour through this E colour graded diamond. There is only one grade higher than E at D.
