A bit of normality

This couple are very grateful to both still have work. Thankfully for myself despite the current situation Cairns finds itself in they decided to continue with their plans to get engaged. They selected the diamond and designed the above ring together.

The main diamond is 1.21 carats with .33 carats of accent diamond in the setting. This is a temporary white gold ring as we finalise the finger size. Once confirmed after a period of normal wear the ring will be remade in 950 Platinum to the perfect finger size.

At the same time we designed the engagement ring plans were made for the desired wedding ring. In doing so some small concessions were made with the design to allow the two rings to sit together perfectly when the time comes.

Mandalee Swamp at sunset.

Last weekend I was back out roaming the Tablelands near Innot Hot Springs trying to get back to a bit more normality. I came across the wonderful Mandalee Swamp. I hope we do not end up like Victoria and locked down again. I am just getting used to my regained freedom.

Have a great weekend and good luck to all those playing in the first games of this years local Rugby Union competition especially those at my sons club Barron Trinity Bulls.
